The Challenge

Where Japan Meets Spain

The original brand, Sushi Vite, lacked clarity in expressing the restaurant’s dual culinary identity. The challenge was to design a brand that instantly communicated the fusion of Japanese and Spanish cuisines, while projecting a modern, authentic, and memorable image.

The Outcome

A Fusion of Cultures

The brand identity draws from two visual worlds: the elegance and minimalism of Japanese design, combined with the vibrant energy of Spanish culture. The logo unites a sushi roll with a Spanish fan, symbolizing harmony between both traditions. Typography and colors were carefully selected to balance sophistication with warmth.

    • Logo redesign with clear symbolic elements.

    • Clean and modern layouts reflecting the fusion of cultures.

    • Functional designs that enhance brand recognition inside the restaurant.

    • Eco-friendly solutions with consistent branding.

    • Exterior and interior applications for instant brand recognition.

    • Social media and online assets that extend the brand’s personality.

The Concept

A Brand that Resonates

Sushi & Olé successfully redefined its brand identity with a clear and powerful message. Customers now instantly recognize the dual cultural offering and feel invited into an experience that is both refined and passionate. The cohesive applications across print, digital, and environmental design created a seamless brand journey.

My Design Philosophy

Sushi & Olé is more than a restaurant – it is a cultural meeting point where Japanese precision and Spanish passion are served in every dish.
