The Challenge

How do you give a fragrance an identity that captures the complexity of human emotion?

This project was developed during my master’s degree as a conceptual exploration into how design can translate the intangible. Instead of focusing on scent alone, the challenge was to create a visual and narrative system that could embody the fractured, layered, and often conflicting nature of human psychology, transforming perfume from a product into a story of identity.

Full Story
The Outcome

The perfume, ONE ONE ONE, is built around multiplicity: one body, three identities.

This project explores how design can transform fragrance into narrative. Instead of focusing on scent alone, the goal was to create a visual system where typography, packaging, and imagery embody fragmentation and unity at once.

    • Typography reflects tripolarity, using bold contrasts and repetition to echo obsessive patterns.

    • A series of geometric cubes symbolize order versus chaos, containment versus freedom.

    • Distorted portraits and layered visuals bring to life the fractured self and its hidden layers.

Through these elements, the brand became more than a fragrance; it turned into a psychological landscape.

The Concept

The result was a conceptual brand that expands the boundaries of perfume design.

ONE ONE ONE turns fragrance into a story of identity: fragmented yet whole, chaotic yet beautiful.

The final system blends art, psychology, and branding, transforming perfume into a narrative object where design becomes emotion.

My Design Philosophy

For me, this project marked the beginning of seeing design as a living system where objects carry meaning and emotions find form.
